green terrors and convicts

hey I am thinking of going with some green terrors and just wonderign what fish they can go with. My brother said I can have his convicts they live together?

Depends on how big your GT is. They are pushovers as juvies, convicts of equal size will destroy him. But, once he hits adolesance, he will own the cons.

I wouldn't try it. Cons can certainly hold their own most of the time, but I believe GTs max out around 13 inches and are notoriously aggressive. You may be able to keep a larger cichlid with a GT, but you'd need a pretty big tank to do so.
