Guarantine tank for my 90gal planted

I want to add 30+ fish to my 90gal. I'm buying my fish in bulk. I only have a 10gal quarantine tank now. I was wondering if I can use a 30gal plastic garbage can as an additional quarantine tank?? I have 2seeded hob filters to cycle.

As long as you have a heater and proper filter due to having so many fish it can be done.
