Hi my guppy frys are being really weird they move around a little but they can't swim that good and they don't eat much food what do I do ?

Are their tails pointed?
That is the sign of a fungal infection.

Hmmm, parasite maybe, try this
"Rid ich plus" by kordon
It will work for both parasites and bacterial/fungal problems.

15 drops per gallon along with fresh clean water and heat they should be O.K.

I wouldnt treat with random medications. Its best to avoid medications unless you know what you're treating. Many of them are pretty harsh on fish.

What are the parameters of the tank they are in?

What are their symptoms? Mebbid im aware of that but what hes describing sounds like fungus infection of the fry, most hobbyist don't even know what to do with that, i do.
