head and tail light tetra's

I found out what my mysterious unknown fish finally are, there head and tail light tetras. I wasn't thinking when I bought them, but are these cute little guys " painted fish " ?

oh man thats relieving to know, but that has got to be the most heart breaking site ever

They are also called Beacon Tetras, they are not painted all natural there

They can also get very nippy with each other in smaller groups, and in general are nippy to each other but rarely to other fish.

cool, just glad to know there not painted fish, so far no signs of being nippy, but I'll keep an eye out for it
