HELP! My betta fish has white fuzzy growths on his stomach!!

Yesterday I noticed two white fuzzy growths on my betta fish’s stomach. I noticed it I would say a week ago but it was very small so I though nothing of it because I thought it was poop or something. But it grew bigger and is two growths. It doesn’t seem to be on any other fish in the tank and my betta fish is acting normal so I’m not sure what this is. I’m assuming it’s bacterial or fungal but nothing I’ve read about online matches what he has. Please let me know if you know what this is.
