Help!!

Help!! So I just fed my fish and I noticed that one of my angel fish has his left eye kinda popping out! I'm pretty sure it's some kind of disease but I forgot what it was called how do I treat it?? Please help

I think it's popeye.

What are your water parameters? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?
