Holey Algae Blenny

So I looked in my tank today and noticed that the fin along the back of my Algae Blenny was a little ripped and had a hole. My other fish are okay, but I wonder about 'Sea Monster', my Algae Blenny. He's started the slightly worrying habit of lying a little sideways on things as well. Does this sound like fin rot? Or something else? Thanks for your time!!

Def sounds sick. I haven't seen this in my saltwater tank, but when I still had freshwater this pretty much ment they were either sick or sick and on their way out. What doesn't help is that, depending on your fish, when they get sick the more aggressive ones will start nipping at the sick fish. Pretty much stresses them out more and speeds up the process. I'd get him into QT asap.
