I think they're fine. Sometimes those wilty fins pop up then back down. I think it depends how much they want to rest or if they're sleeping.

I usually fed Bubbles before myself. The catfish get fed at night. Feeding frenzy. Haha. Their little butts up in the water while they eat, so cute!
