I think my fish broke her back fin?

Suddenly yesterday my fish has not been using her back fin. She is breathing heavily and she is very unbalanced. She only used her front fins to swim and when she does its very rare. Im wondering what I should do? She did come out to eat this morning. I have a 38-40 gallon tank with four fish. Not sure of the ammonia, nitrate, etc.

Also, to add onto this, when she tries to swim with her back fin, she almost vibrates a little and then gives up?

I had an old female Molly recently do something similar (possibly after giving birth). Lasted a few months getting around but eventually faded away.

I have one just like that. A Dalmatian molly right now. She seems like she cant float so she just lays on the ground but still tries to swim. She kinda acts like she has a broken back. Just uses her front fins to swim. She still eats but she's just being weird
