Ich attack?

Hi guys

Woke up this morning and saw my 2 of my 3 fish covered with spots on the fins


I just tested my water and here are the results .

Salifert test kits

Nitrate between 25-50
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Phosphate .003

How can I treat them? I dont have a qt tank unfortuantly..

I have bene doing regular 10-15% water changes every 4 weeks.
