I have a tank set up at my teacher's class room at school. It is a 10 gallon, and has been fully cycled. These past few weeks I have taken to slowly adding fish to it. I started by adding two neon tetras (a day apart) and a snail. Everything was going awesome.

Monday, I finished by adding in another neon (making a total of 6) and a Betta fish. My issus is that the snail, which used to be very active, is just kind of sitting there and doing nothing. As strange as it sounds, I even poked it with a stick (stick as in the handle of a net) and it did nothing. Should I take it out (if it's dead I don't want to leave it in there)? Leave it for a couple days? What do you think? Thank you!

Cool! The snail just smell's like it's been in a fish tank and not like death so I take that as a good thing. Thank you! ^^
