Ok so i have a 10gal tank cycling

Todays perimeters were

Nitrite: 0
Amonia: 0
Nitrate: 30

Is this safe for fish and snails?

24 hours

I used 50% water from an established tank and gravel the gravel as well

I want to breed mystery snails in there but i don't know if the perimeters are the right quality yet

Yes...i guess i should have posted in that thread

I just go the app on my phone and didn't get to learn about it so i was lazy lol

Ahhh.. So then 12hrs? I don't know how sensitive snails are to ammonia or nitrites, so I don't know established a tank needs to be.

What are you using as your ammonia source?

Ok, so that's just water from another, already cycled tank thats been relocated into a different container. It doesn't represent the new tanks ability to process ammonia and nitrites.

I would suggest removing the snail and dosing with ammonia to make sure you have enough BB in the gravel to maintain whatever bio-load the snails will have. Maybe just 2ppm and see if it can convert it all the way through to nitrates in 24hrs.
