Is this a type of worm?

Was wondering what this is? It's on different rocks and they don't money looks just like a stick and some are twirl. Everytime I feed this things catch the food.

Anyone know if it's a worm and what kind?

Very similar but from what I've seen in my tank they never really get any bigger
