Angelfish got a fin torn and I was wondering why it’s black

I don't think the problem is fin rot, just minor damage to the fin. The best cure is pristine water. Even after the fin heals, a cloudy spot will possibly remain on the fin.

Oh okay how long do brokenfins take to heal cause they keep fighting

A month or two, unless aggression causes additional fin damage.
