is this fungus or just a nipped fin?

i was looking at my guppie's and seen this in one of them,i'm not sure if is a fungus,can anyone help please?..thanks in advance

Looks like a nipped fin. Hard to tell without a before picture though. There could be a little fungus growing on the top, or that could just be the way the light, tail, and camera are acting.

thanks for your answer,i think is a little fungus as you said,because the tail is orange in colour but it has like a white fluff,i keeping an eye on her but she is very active and eating as usual..
