Is still tank overstocked

15Gallons.

7 male guppies
6 cory doras

I'm wanting to add a honey gourami in too?

I'm not sure. But a description would be. Small and has two black stripes.

Will gourami be possible?

If the cories look anything like these then yes you could add a dwarf gourami or sparkling gourami

What type of filter is on the tank? Look on this page and see if you can identify which type of corydora you have: Corydoras Catfish, Freshwater Cory Cats.

I would think you could add a honey, but that depends on how big your cory species gets. You may want to test your water parameters to make sure the filter is handling the biolode before making a decision. If you do get one, either a honey gourami or sparkling would be best. Does your tank have places to hide? Plants?
