The only problem with my tank is the cloud. It does look better today. There is plenty of room for everyone to be happy. Here it is. I made sure to have a few caves and rocks and trees and everythign I could get in there for the various species:) First a pic of one of my kribbets eating about 15 plankton at once :lol:

The defining characteristic of the genus that is assiciated with gender is that a male's ventral fins have elongated first-third rays and appear long and pointed. A female has first-third rays that are shorter than the fourth ray, which makes the ventral fins look rounded or stumpy. This is true for a Pelvicachromis speceis and is the most definite way of determining the gender of a non-breeding krib. INE the fish need to be at least half grown before this difference in finnage is clear.
