Can anyone give me some info on the Maze Coral such as Would it do well under T5's white & blue?
I currently have Caulstrea which seems to be thriving, a Trachy which is also thriving and various mushrooms & Button Polyps!

Thanks guys

There`s not too many corals that would not do fine under T5`s. T5`s would be fine for your tank. How about some more info like what size tank and everything that is in it.

Well it's my first Reef Tank, a 24G Nano, been running for 18 months with no real trouble.

4x 36W T5's & filtered with Living Rock and Bio Balls, no Skimmer just weekly water changes.

Inhabited by 1 Common Clown, 1 Randalls Shrimp Goby, 5 Sexy Shrimp & a Pistol Shrimp.

Corals are 8 Ricordea Florida, 1 Yuma, various other Mushrooms, Bush Coral, a strange Sub-species of Xenia and the real gems which seem to be the most thriving are a bright green Caulastrea which has tripled in size and a Trachy which has probably doubled in size!

My only complaint is the tank can't hold as much as I want to put in it! LOL

When you say shade it under my T5's you mean put it below an overhanging coral or Rock? Basically not directly under the T5's?

I have it in there now about 10 inches below the lights with no shade, doesn't look too happy if i am completely honest, shall I move it into a shaded area? It was about 2 & 1/2 feet under halides in the shop!

Many thanks

Think I moved it too late its withered away and died. Steep learning curve!

I'm not sure that is your fault though. It probably was sick coming from the LFS or wherever you got it from. Hmmmm. What did it look like before and can you take a picture and show us what it looks like now?

Looked stunning when I got it alongside many other great looking LPS Corals. After I put it in the tank using my usual regime it just never seemed to puff out think it just had too much light from the off as it was expelling some brown stuff after about a week.

Never even had time too get a pic. and now it's just a skeleton!
