Hey everyone! I have a 55 gal tank with 2 parrot cichlids, a pleco, and a large (about 8") iridescent shark. I have a small (about 2") iridescent shark in a 10 gal tank. I would like to move him to the 55 gal but will the parrots hurt him because he's so tiny? The parrots aren't full grown, they are rather small as well. What should I do?

From my experience, parrot cichlids are not aggressive. I would be more careful with the bigger iridescent, since they'll eat anything that fits in their mouth.

I second that.

I'd be thinking long term on what you're going do to with a fish species that grows to nearly 4'...plus it sounds like your 55 is fully stocked as it it

I've had a couple blood parrots that were on the aggressive side but weren't much concern because of their oral mutations and being unable to bite/liplock
