My female molly has turned male??

I had 2 black sail fin male Molly's. And I brought 2 female poker dot Molly's. 1 of the females died. Now about 2 months later. I noticed that I now have 3 males in my tank. And the or that used to be female now is black?? I am confused..

It's happened to me before I had a Molly that was female and had even had babies and my males died then she turned into a male later on
