My Goniopora Might Be Sick! Help

I Bought A Green Goniopora From My Local Fish Store After Him Telling Me How Easy It Would Be To Take Care Of. After Doing My Own Research I Understand How Hard They Are To Care For.
I Have Had It Now For About 2 Months And It Has Realy Done Great!
But Now It Has Little Brown Spots On Its Tentacles
Does Anyone Know What Makes This Happen And How To Fix It?
He Looks Good Other Than That!

The brown spots move!! Just noticed the film looking brown spots were moving around on him! Please Help! No one has any ideals??
