So, I am kinda new to these guys. I am told that being scaleless that they shed{ form a mucus or something and shed it off}.i heard catfish do something similar. does anyone else keep these guys[stonefish] that could give me any insight.. As of now, mine has a mucus over one eye. my buddy had one,it died of a parasite[he says] but it also had mucus.over both eyes and over most of its body,i am treating it but could i be over reacting,could he be,just shedding?
