New camera: My first fish picture.

I just bought a little Pentax Optio30 and decided I would try to capture an image of atleast one fish so I concentrated on snapping a picture of my polypterus.

that is a nice picture, it is green on my screen too. is it possible that your light is making it green, because i have heard that some lights can give out green light which will show up on a camera

If the camera has white balance settings try setting it to fluorescent.
Adobe PhotoShop Elements is a very good editing program for pics. Paint Shop Pro is another good one.
The camera seems to do a good job focusing. My Casio gets fooled by the glass so I have to manually focus aquarium shots.
