my old man Skitzer died (he was a 9 y/o albino cory, so it was age / stress of moving) and I miss him a lot. I buried him in our backyard and was planning to get new fish this weekend (so as to not waste the tank I already had) since, even though I'm sad, I also want to give new fish a nice life in a nice tank instead of them dying at a petsmart.
so:
I got two albino cory babies! I know they like to school in higher amounts but I didn't want to overstock the tank. we had two for a while (before Psycho died a few years back) and they seemed really happy, so. right now they're really skittish and mad because I just put them in the tank an hour or two ago.
I think I'm gonna name them "Fate" and "Chaos". not sure why, it just feels right.
