Use thread...black if you have it...or fishing line (check James' tackle box). You can tie several plants together if you want.

Thanks guys. I'm still trying to catch a shot of the barbs. But the pics just don't do them justice. It's really odd. The new cories are "schooling" with the other fish. Seriously. There are 2 of them that do not sit on the bottom of the tank. They are actively swimming with the other fish. Identity crisis? LOL

I'll tie the plants to a rock. Thanks for the good eye Bill. I had no idea they were supposed to be tied and not planted. Will the plants always be tied to the rock or will I eventually be able to take the thread off?

Eventually, the roots will multiply and climb up and around the area you attach it to. The thread can be removed at that time.
