one more question

i forgot to ask on my last post.

i have southdown sand in my 120 gal aquarium. now i know because of the lack of bacteria my sand (the 1st 1/16 th of an inch)is all clumped upand hard. will that go away in time, once more bacteria is introduced and "clean up crew" introduced?

why is there no bacteria? do you have live rock in there? if you do you should have bacteria.???
