They r both HOB filters, one is Marineland emperor 400 Bio wheel and other one is Aquaclear 100.orandafan12 said:

Oscar are dirty fish, yes two filters is a good idea. The more money you put into something, the better it will be. Look into a canister filter, Fluval 405 or something

What size tank?
IMO two oscars need a minimum of a 75 long term, in which case the Fluval FX5 would be ideal.
