here are some pics of my tank. These are my first pictures so they are ok quality. Also what are the little brown things growing on my rock they are slowly going away now.

the brown stuff i believe is dying a little because i took that peace of LR out of my tank when i did a water change and pulled it off with my fingers. But i will try to get a better picture.

That brown stuff looks like it could be COLONIAL HYDROIDS I had them on my LR when I first got them if so do they look like the Picture I posted.... If so they can be bad I would scrub them off they spread like crazy.
