Plans change again

So today I couldn't resist. I tried so hard but I gave in and picked up 8 ps. Saulosi. (2:6 ratio)

The lfs I frequent said if I start to breed them he will gladly buy them back. Justification in my mind!!

I'll post pics tonight when I get home and they settle in. Boy are they pretty!

Thanks. Was able to snag this pic earlier of a male and female side by side, not the greatest. I'm questioning the sexes as I'm seeing many "females" with stripes. I wish I had vented them as I put them in the tank but my 3 year old son was trying to get a little too close for my comfort.

They are roughly around 1 1/2". The male in the pic is the dominant one, the subdominant has some good coloration but it's much lighter. I'm hoping he will color up some more but I doubt it. They had a real nice school going earlier.

Normally venting cichlids is difficult until their are larger than like 3" I could be wrong tho! Looks great!
