The thing in the center? Looks like a snail. Does it have retractable stalks and a shell, when you look closely?

Hard to get a gauge on the size. It could be a stometella snail, but could be a chiton too.

I have a chiton in my reef tank...doesn't bother the coral. Although I don't think what you have is a chiton..but the pic isnt that great. I would Google it to see if they match.
