Can pond snail eggs survive in hot water?
Also can they survive outside of the water and still hatch?

How hot we talkin here? Like nature hot, or hot tap water hot? Nature hot from the sun, yes. They will constantly reproduce. I have a bucket full of algae that I toss snails into that I pull outta my pond. It sits in direct sunlight all day long, and they breed like crazy in it. Hot tap water the would be too hot to put your hands into, would kill em.
