Poorly guppy

Hi.. I've just noticed a fleshy bit coming from my one female.. I'm a bit concerned it's a prolapse.. What do I do ???

Could she be giving birth? Is it a male or female? If it is a prolapsed anus or uterus there is not a lot you can do. You can feed it some peas that you cook and remove the outer shell. That will help if it is constipated. Is its' poop white? that could mean parasites. Then you would need to get something like Paraguard to kill the worms. Can you get a photo? That would help a lot.

I think she may have been constipated as everything is ok today
