Purple algea or sponges?

We recently had this purple stuff pop up in the tank just before the qtip sponge. Can I get an ID on it just to see if I need to take care if it. Thanks in advance

It's soft and squishy and have tubes in the centre.

Looks like sponge to me. Usually these spontaneous sponges are self sustaining. If they pop up on their own it usually means that the conditions in your tank are favorable, and they have what they need to grow.
