Setting up a QT before adding new fish to my 75gal SW tank. What's the best way together bacteria started in the tank? Have bare bottom and now live rock.

If there is already LR in yours, where did it come from? Is that tank/water proven disease/parasite free? If you can borrow some filter media (floss, sponge, etc.) from a cycled tank that'll help.
