Question on Bacterial Bloom

Hi,

I visually seem to be in a bacterial bloom (white cloudy), but yet all my param are at 0 (no ammonia or nitrite)

Is this therefore really a bacterial bloom, or something else is causing the fog?

Oh yeah, the tank has almost 1 year. I had an incient where a few plants died while I was away, increasing the organim matter quite a bit. I expected a bloom, but not an ammonia-nitrite-nitrate free one. Is there such a thing?
