Rasboras and neon tetras

I have a 10 gallon aquarium ready for stocking. I was thinking Rasboras and Neon Tetras. Would this be a good mix?

Generally people only recommend neons in 20+ gallons due to their high activity level. Other schooling options though are celestial pearl danios, galaxy rasbora, ember tetras, and threadfin rainbowfish. All have great color but work well in a 10 gallon :)

I'm one of those people who actually feel neons are fine in a 10g. This really is a personal issue IMO. I've kept them off and on for over 30 years and find they aren't really that active (in my tanks). I've also kept Threadfin rainbows which really are very active swimmers and wouldn't keep them in a 10g. I actually have them now in my 220g and they are constant swimmers. So IMO that stocking would be fine.

I'm in the one-school-in-a-10g camp; however, an additional 3 or 4 bottom dwellers would be an exception.
