Red Finned Tetra Missing Eye

I have a red finned tetra that is missing an eye. I know he had it yesterday and now today it is gone.

Is he going to be okay? Should I quarantine the fish?

Is he by himself or does he have tank mates if so what kind of fish are they. also what about tank decor. I wouldnt quarintine just yet.

he is in a tank with 3 orange guppys, 2 fancy guppy tails, 2 red finned tetras, 1 molly, and a betta.

They are in a 30 gallon with logs, plants, and other decor.

ok he may have been hurt by another fish which is most likely or he may have got a little to close to some of the decor. Have you noticed any fish bothering him, chasing him, or being a little hostile toward him?
