Bought two of these fish in store was told they are siamese flying fox but I've been trying to look around to see if they are real or if they are siamese alge eaters... can anyone tell? Also the goods or bads of them?

Great info looks like I have 2 siamese alge eaters not true flying fox. They seem to do a great job paired with the Chinese alge eater in helping keep the tank clean.

Those are Siamese algae eaters.. Look at the black line.. if it stops BEFORE the tail fin its a flying fox.. if it goes through the tailfin its a SAE.. I have 4 in 92g tank and they tore up all of my brown hair algae in like days. Best hair algae eaters ever
