Snail Eggs (How To Keep)

I did a search on the forum and found a lot of posts about identifying snail eggs, but not anything on the best way to keep them. I have some on the front wall of my biocube. There are two separate zig zag designs. I know if I just leave them there I'll never see any snails. Do you think if I tried to take them off with a razor or something and put them into the middle chamber where I have LR rubble that they'd have a chance or should I just let them be 'cause I'd be wasting my time?

I have some snails in my sump as well but I've never seen any baby snails. The only small snails I have ever seen are the limpets that seem to appear in my sump.

With a zig-zag patter it sounds like cerith eggs.
