Snail eggs?

So I saw this in my tank today, i've got a few snails and some neon tetra's in it. Are these things snail eggs?

Yes they are and before you know it you will have too many snails, if you don't have any fish that eat the eggs before they hatch. One of my tanks have juvenile Danios that will pick them apart before hatching keeping the population down, my other tanks require human intervention to maintain it.

Well at this point i don't realy care, i have a small bioload and a lot of algea so I will let the snails do their thing. Thanks for the respond!
