Snails falling over

My inca snails (mystery family ) keeps on falling over I have to dip them back on their feet again every so often! Why do they keep doing this? How can I stop it? I keep thinking their dead and smell , make sure he doesn't fall out of shell and touch him.

How long do they lay there for? My mystery snails do that too, I just leave them and they move some time later, I guess they are just sleeping lol

Lol I just tip them back over on their legs! Yesterday I didn't touch one and he is still there.

Just flipped one over he got stuck most I think try to hide but throws me off? What it shell turns white? (bros snail)

I'd do the smell test on your bros snail , it might just be pulled farrrr into its shell
