Whoa! I have never seen that. I think those can spontaneously bud asexually, but I have no idea what it look like as it forms.

Where they produce young by making a small version of themselves that starts out like a bud, grows to a certain size and the falls off to start life as a new individual.

I have I love you seen it once on an anemone that has split. But this one hasn't split.

Just for an update, worked it out myself. It's mesenterial filaments. It is stress related.
