Starting New Aquarium Need Help!

I'm new to the saltwater world. I had a lot of success with freshwater and want to try my hand at a reef tank. I have decided on getting a biocube 29. Now besides what it comes with what would you suggest. I know will need a different skimmer, but any other equipment you would recommend? Also what test kits are the best? How much live rock and sand will I need?

In the nano section of the forums they have a thread all about the biocubes and the upgrades/DIY projects people have done on them. Worth a search to find it to help guide you on your way. I've never had one to give any advice one it.
