I like panda corys as well. I have rummynoses too (6) and I liked them when I had a larger group - alas, i've had many losses to fin rot and vacations- so they're not very hardy BUT the way they school is great. But if you're looking for colorful they rummynoses may not be your best bet, they kind of blend in with the background sometimes.
A lot of people like dwarf gouramis but I have heard that they are not bred very well and tend to die pretty easily from breeding bad genes. They are gorgeous though!
Also, what are you looking for besides colorful? Are you looking for schools or single fish? I'm going to be setting my own thread up about singular fish for my 55 gal, you should check that out if you're interested.
