So maybe guppies and platies like 2 platies and 3 guppies with some shrimp.

I think that may be ok. Definitely at the upper end imo.
Did you look at any micro rasboras or endlers.

Kinda hard to see lol. Fins look ok. Is there a reason you think he's not?

No just in case. He is very active and aggressive.

That good sign if activity and appetite is good. Physically looks ok and feces is normal. Id say he ok.

Thanks I made a bad mistake with my second betta. I did not know what I was doing and............let's say.............I.........used..........soap to clean his tank.

3 Platies ? That's a lot. Maybe start with 2 Platy males and make sure tank is stable before adding any other fish.

You need to make sure tank is cycled first or learn about Fish IN Cycling
