Stripy questions?....

Hello all!
I had a few questions about "Microcanthus Strigatus", a.k.a. Stripy fish from the Western Pacific. I've seen some pictures of it around and was reading that it is rather hardy and liked the look of it. Does anyone know much about its behavior, feeding, preferred conditions, availability and price? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really wondering now, what kind of inverts does this guy like to eat...Will my dwarf hermit crabs and small snails be safe? (i'm suddenly doubting it)...also, anyone know where a person could pick one up?
