Stuff in sand

I everybody. I have been finding this stuff in my sand. Does anybody no what it is?

Will fish like sleeper gobys help stop this from growing there as they will be constantly moving the sand
 
It will prob start growing in other places. You could start by cutting back on the amount your feeding.
