I have six neon tetras, six blood fin tetras and four black skirt tetras in a 35 gallon Hexagon tank.

I currently rotate on a daily basis, frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, and Omega One freshwater flakes. Any suggestions to increase the variety?

Yeah, variety is good and it gives them different nutrients with each type of food. I'm thinking of maybe freeze-dried tubifex worms or some other frozen food.

Eh, if you want to give them the proper nutrients then it's hard to beat a good high quality staple pellet. Most have everything that fish need nutrition wise. Adding frozen /dried food is ok and sometimes brings out different feeding behavior but you also run a greater risk of bloat and making the fish picky. Most recommend a good staple flake or pellet brand with the.other stuff saved for treats.
