Turbo snail

I have a turbo snail that has not come out of its shell I tought it was dead but it doesnt smell but I also dont want it to die and mess up my water I have a 30 gal

They usually come out at night as they are nocturnal. How long have you had him? If he has not moved in a week or so he might be dead.

My snails are out all the time on thee glass but I smelled it again and he smelled so I took him out but I scraped all the coralline from it lol... But thanks
