Hi,
Recently my father has set up a 55 gallon tank. It has been up and running for about a month. So I came home after a few weeks to see his tank which he said was doing fine. I found out his fish have ick so his tank is about to be treated. When I looked at his fish most of them have torn/eaten fins and a couple eyes missing. This is his tank setup with injuries as well. We are trying to figure out the aggressor(s).
His stocking is as follows:
2 Penguin Tetras( The remenants of a group of 6)
1 Rummynose( The last one of his group, covered in ick and hiding in the weeds all the time)
2 Clown Plecos
5 Panda Cory's
1 Male betta (his fins are shredded badly)
3 female bettas (two are constantly hiding, one with a chunk out of her tail)
8-9 Platy's (covered in ick with chunks out of all their fins)
12 zebra danios ( there is one missing both eyes, another missing one eye)
Any ideas would be helpful, the culprits will be removed from the tank.
